°1 broccoli in pieces
°1 cauliflower in pieces
°1 red onion thinly sliced
°Baby carrots cut into bevels, quantity to taste (optional)
°1 cup cubed or grated cheese
°1 cup mayonnaise
°1 tsp balsamic vinegar
°1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
°¼ cup sugar
Place the vegetables in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, pour over the vegetables and mix well.
Put in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
