°1 pound beef
°(1) iceberg lettuce (fully rinsed, dried & chopped)
°(1) red onion
°(1) pack frozen green peas, thawed
°10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
°1 c chopped cauliflower
°(1 ¼ c) mayonnaise
°2 tsp white sugar
°¼ c Parmesan cheese
Adding beef to the pan also cook on medium to equal brown heat. Crumble and set apart
Place chop lettuce in a flat bowl, topping with onions, peas, cheese, cauliflower & beef.
Preparing dressing by whisking the mayonnaise, sugar also parmesan together. Pour over the salad and refrigerate.
